My dear Suman,
I have received your letter. From it I have learnt that you have grown a habit of playing online games like 'Blue-whale'. It is quite dangerous for reasons more than one.

First, online games will distract you from your studies. Soon you will lose concentration. The more the days will go the more addicted you will be.

Second, the more you will be obsesive about online games, the greater will be your lack in survival interaction. Soon you will stop maintaining healthy relationship with us. As a result you will begin to feel left out.
Such a situation may be a fatal one for you.

Third, physical consequcnces of such addiction should not be ignored. Migrain, sleep disturbances, backache, eating irregularities are to name a few. They might attack you and leave you feeling irritable all the time.

I don't want to lose one of my best fnends So, I request you to give up this habit immediately .
   With love,
Yours ever,
Amit

ENGLISH NOTES WBCHSE FOR CLASS XII Three Questions by Leo Tolstoy

https://englishstudies2020.blogspot.com

Q."Forgive me! said the bearded man in weak voice''—Who was the bearded man ? What did he decide to do ? Why was he weak ? Why did he ask to forgive him? What was the Tsar's reaction ?

Ans. Here, the bearded man refers to the man who, in order to revenge himself on the Tsar, planned to kill him.

The Tsar had seized the property of the man's brother and executed him. So, the man was in the ambush in order to kill the Tsar. The bodyguard of the Tsar and his other men found the man and recognized him as the enemy of the Tsar. So they attacked and wounded him. It bled profusely from the wound and so the man was weak.

The man had planned to kill the Tsar but the Tsar turned out to be the saviour of his life. So, he felt a prick of the conscience and implored the Tsar to forgive him. The Tsar was very happy being able to make peace and friendship with his enemy so easily. Had he not nursed the man he would have died
as his enemy.
